Warranty Policy

Product Warranty Period
Mobile/Tablet 1 Year
Charger/Battery/USB Cable/Earphone 6 Months

  • Within warranty period, Zoetel provides free service only if mobile/tablet has non-physical damage, such as the defects of product’s design, manufacture and material.

  • Within warranty period, Zoetel provides free exchange service only if charger/battery/USB cable/earphone has non-physical damage, like the defects of product’s design, manufacture and material.

  • The warranty applies from the date of purchase. If the final day of warranty period is official holiday, it extends to the first day after official holiday.

  • The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model and IMEI/SN of the product.
    Zoetel reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed.

  • If customers are unable to present the proof of purchase, the warranty applies from the 90 th day after factory manufacture date which is shown on IMEI/SN.


WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. The product is not purchased from an authorized Zoetel dealer.

  2. The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.

  3. Defects caused by improper use (immersion, dropping, crush or in hot temperature/moist environment, etc.) as determined by the service personnel.

  4. Modification or alteration of any nature is made to change the physical construction of the set.

  5. Any modification of OS, installation of third-party OS or apps from third-party app store (not Zoetel Store/Google Store) is made to cause malfunction of the set.

  6. The original IMEI/SN is removed, obliterated or altered.

  7. The completed warranty card is not presented to authorized personnel at the time of repair.

  8. Repair work is carried out by persons/agency other than authorized by Zoetel.

  9. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, fire, earthquake, abnormal voltage, acts of God.
